2025-10-09 09:37:04 | All services should be working normally now, please email support if you are still experiencing issues. The problem was caused by one of the host servers crashing and taking down the sip trace/monitoring system with it. This caused blocking on the sip servers trying to send traces to the downed monitoring system. We've now disabled the trace exporting on the sip servers and will implement a process that doesn't cause this issue when the monitoring system is offline. Apologies for the inconvenience, we will implement changes to ensure this doesn't happen again. |
